Workplace Coaching
Scope of Services
The Workplace Coaching Package includes:

Initial Assessment Session: 1 hour, split into two 30-minute segments (employee and line manager/HR representative).

Three Follow-Up Coaching Sessions: 1 hour each, focused on the employee’s individual needs.

Final Coaching Session: 1 hour, split into two 30-minute segments (employee and a joint session with the line manager/HR representative).

Progress Reports: Detailed reports provided to HR after each session.

Email Support: Available between sessions for additional guidance or to address questions.
Fees and Payment

The total cost of the Package is £350.
-
Payment is due in full before the Initial Assessment Session.

All prices are exclusive of VAT, which will be added if applicable.
Cancellation and Rescheduling

Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Failure to do so may result in the session being counted as completed.

If the coach is unable to attend a scheduled session, it will be rescheduled at no additional charge.

In the event of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, emergencies, or severe weather conditions), either party may request a reschedule without penalty.
Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued once the Package has commenced.

If the client decides to terminate the Package before all sessions are used, no refund will be provided, but remaining sessions may be transferred to another employee if agreed upon by the coach.
Confidentiality

All information shared during coaching sessions will be treated as confidential.

Reports provided to the HR department will include progress updates but will not disclose sensitive or personal details unless agreed upon by the employee.

The coach will not share any personal information without prior consent unless required by law.
Employee Participation and Responsibility

The employee is expected to actively participate in the coaching process and make an effort to implement the strategies provided.

Coaching sessions are designed to support the employee’s development, but the coach cannot guarantee specific outcomes as these depend on the employee’s engagement and efforts.
HR Involvement

HR or the line manager’s involvement is integral to ensuring the necessary workplace support and accommodations are provided.

Progress reports will be shared with HR to facilitate ongoing support.
Ownership of Materials

All materials, tools, and strategies provided as part of the Package remain the intellectual property of the coach and may not be reproduced or distributed without express permission.
Limitation of Liability

The coach is not liable for any loss or damage arising from the application of strategies or recommendations outside of the coaching sessions.

The Package is intended to address ADHD-related workplace challenges and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
